City of Port Townsend Identifies as a Human Rights City. the City of Port Townsend already Ignores the Constitution of the United State, Ignores Civil and Human Rights for All, Ignores their own Practices, Polices and Laws already in place. This Proclamation is Phony. Port Townsend identifies as a Human Rights Sanctuary and it is Clearly NOT. Here is a Resolution from 2003. PT does not practice neutrality, equality, and dignity for all. Nor does PT Protect the Liberties of ALL without Discrimination and Prejudice.

Port Townsend is NOT a Human Rights City. The Port Townsend City Council, Mayor, City Attorney and City Manager DO NOT strive for equality and Human Rights for All but Instead ONLY Human Rights for “Some”.

For who you might ask? Well for those who Drink the Kool-Aid you see, for those who comply with the hypnotic narrative that is clearly prejudice, discriminating and violent. If only there were the eyes to SEE.

The City Council is like a spin off from the movie “Mean Girls” as they sit around and make fun of us, bully us, gaslight us and incite a hateful mob against us.

"  WHEREAS, the Bill of Rights of the United States Constitution and the Declaration of Rights of the Constitution of the State of Washington guarantee all people living in the City of Port Townsend freedom of speech, assembly and privacy; "

The City of Port Townsend DOES not Guarantee all people living in the City of Port Townsend freedom of speech and assembly. In fact public records show that the City of Port Townsend was the origin of inciting violence against us 11 speakers and our 20 or so supporters at the #LetJulieSwim Press Conference by Amy Sousa, August 2022. We were not allowed to speak to City Council, we were blocked by hundreds of activists incited by the City of Port Townsend, Olympic Pride, the YMCA and Beau Ohlgren of Quimper Unitarian Universalist Fellowship.  Our Free Speech Rights were DENIED violently, while the Port Townsend Police stood and watched and the City of Port Townsend praised those who assaulted us, and denied our right to assemble and our free speech.
